Non-Refundable Policy for Video Purchases, Consultations, and Donations

Video Purchases:

  • All video purchases are final and non-refundable once access to the video content is granted. This includes individual rentals, purchases, and subscriptions.
  • We do not offer refunds for technical issues with playback or compatibility, unless we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.

Consultations:

  • Consultations are scheduled and booked in advance, and cancellation within 24 hours of the scheduled time will result in a full refund.
  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will receive a refund, minus a 25% administrative fee.
  • No refunds will be issued for no-shows or late arrivals.
  • Consultations are considered completed once the scheduled time has elapsed, regardless of the amount of time used.

Donations:

  • All donations are final and non-refundable. Your donation directly supports our cause or mission, and we are grateful for your contribution.

Exceptions:

  • In rare cases, we may consider refunding a purchase at our own discretion, such as for cases of duplicate purchases or technical issues that we are unable to resolve.

Refundable Policy for All Physical Products

Our Commitment: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with a physical product you have purchased from us, you may return it for a full refund, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Return Eligibility:

  • Return Window: You must initiate a return within 7 business days of receiving your order.
  • Product Condition: To receive a full refund, the product must be returned in its original packaging, undamaged, and with all accessories and documentation included. Any product showing signs of use or wear and tear may not be eligible for return at all.
  • Excluded Items: The following items are not eligible for refund unless they are defective:
    • Holy Moon Oil
    • Folgulrite Amulets
    • Items purchased during clearance sales or with promotional discounts

Return Process:

  2. Return Authorization: We will issue you a return authorization number (RAN) and instructions for returning the product.

  4. Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will issue a full refund for the purchase price (less any applicable shipping fees) to your original payment method within 7  business days.
